University of North Florida was established in 1972 with Jacksonville as headquarters in Florida State. Its campus was spread on 1381 acres. The university belonged to the State University System of Florida. US News and World Report’s Best Colleges and Regional Universities 2016th edition gave the university 50th rank. Under the purview of University of North Florida, there are Brooks College of Health, Coggin College of Business, College of Arts and Science, College of Computing, Engineering and Construction, College of Education and Human Services, Hicks Honours College and Graduate School.
